Multi-Region version is available from Planet Omni.
This player is amazing. It is much better than first-generation players, bdps1, including the bd91. Some things to watch blu ray in a few small. You can not play CD. If you have Blu-ray in 1000 to spend on an Elite, then you must be a good money, like 600 for a Cambridge Azur CD or similar bits 24. Laser Blu are very narrow and will not read CD is not correct, and so that they do, they way they are seen as a more significant by the major manufacturers.
baba Apart from that,! Highlight best I've seen on any player so far, complete transmission characteristics and appearance of Pioneer Elite. It is a very good player and I think for one who is the best time.
It can play CDs, but also internally decode advanced audio (DTS-HD Master least) to PCM for transport over HDMI or analog, of all legacy receivers.
Very nice> Blu Ray Player, but with many interesting features. Stress, such as a computer is not as fast as a regular player, but no big deal. This model is much better than the last of this line. Picture and sound is so wonderful in a Pioneer plasma TV.I also have the Elite VSX-91TXH amp to go with my system, great pioneering work, but you can work on prices.
WOW that's played very well!
I am pleased to Pioneer.
According to the manual for the BDP-94FD, the connection diagramPage 11 shows 8 RCA connectors to support 7.1.
I doubt that there are no major physical changes between the BDP-94FD and BDP-to-be-released 95FD.
I do not pretend any special knowledge, but my experience with the Pioneer Elite has been my barometer. I bought a second DVD again a few years, both DVD and SACD support my Denon does not. Pioneer Denon surpassed in picture quality and musicality, both in my setup and the Pioneer is working still, the engine came Denon6 months ago. It sounds very easy for me ………..
New Pioneer Elite Blu – ray, the BDP-95FD is Audiophile-oriented as far as contact videophiles: In addition to HDMI xvYCC color 1.3ay has an indirect result of the higher audio codecs, including DTS HD Master Audio. In other words, if you bought only one of the latest kick-ass A / V receivers, which might actually be able to use its audio decoders.
The beneficiaries are some other thingsthat, especially as a streamer media for content PC Home Media Gallery, Pioneer.
Pioneer ® BDP-95FD Elite ® Blu – ray Disc Player
The new Pioneer Elite BDP-95FD offers unprecedented picture high definition and sound quality as a result of HDMI 1.3 connectivity. In addition to the excellent image quality, increased bandwidth capacity means the player has internal decoding of high resolution audio formats Dolby ® TrueHD, Dolby ® Digital +, andDTS-HD (TM) and bitstream output for all advanced audio formats including DTS-HD Master 7.1 Surround Sound. The BDP-95FD can reproduce the 1080p requires 24 frames per second (fps) rate, to obtain film footage, as the director intended. The Pioneer Elite Blu – ray Disc HDMI Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) to ensure close integration with other HDMI-CEC allows you to define the components of high drama. How happy I am that I have a Pioneer Elite "destination" … The VSX was 94-is incomprehensible if we find the BDP-95, life is absolutely hilarious, in harmony .. and then took two weeks, a very completeeffective hook, which was one …. with manuals ELITEZEN
I picked up a Pioneer Elite BDP-95HD pioneer store in Costa Mesa.
I think this first post for answers to common questions, so that the new owners get quick answers.
Pioneer Elite BDP-95HD is to create the DTS-HD Master Audio bitstream can be decoded by the receiver / processor?
– Yes My Integra DTC-9.8-shows "DTS-HD MSTR" when DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack to select the hard disk. The audioFrig'in UN-believable!
Are the load times are improved over the 94HD?
– Use POTC: COTBP as a reference point, which took 22 seconds to press START on the remote control to the POTC "Loading …" Message and are a total of 38 seconds for the screen of Disney
How to compare the PQ 95FD 94HD?
– Very similar – just a little sharper 95FD
How well does 1080p24fps:
– Flawless
How good is the DVD upconversion SDBDP-95FD?
– Very good (better than the BDP-94HD and HD1)
Reported problems or issues: None.
I saw Kingdom of Heaven Blu Ray while listening to-HD MA DTS audio track (DTS-HD MSTR
Sounds frig'in Integra shows UN-believable.
Player seems to work well. Boot up time very acceptable. Respond immediately distance. It is difficult to say whether there is any difference in PQ of the PS3, I would like, but the DTS-HD MAMind blowing …
After only 35 seconds to press the close button on the remote kingdom of heaven begin to play …
With the disk in DVD and stop, with Pirates of the Caribbean: COTBP it took 22 seconds to appear until the message POTC shop and to attend a total of 38 seconds for the Disney-screen …
After installation, I can not déjà vu all over again. As shown in the picture looks almost identical to the 94HD and HD1. I like the classView it, however. I like that look shiny piano black finish. As Tony said, it takes about 35 seconds to begin play for the title. This is really a great improvement in the two older models. Like the other original features is a breeze. I like the home screen in the best Pioneer 95FD. It just looks cooler. I am only comparing this unit to their brothers (or cousins), but the 1400th Samsung This elite unit costs more, but thinks it is money wellthe past.
Once again, I was in love with regard to the resolution on the button on the remote control. The possibility must be changed on the fly "so much nicer than having to stop the movie and go to setup menu (like the 1400 and HD DVD). If there is a property of other Pioneer manufacturers could do that good that point. Even under 1080p/23.98 (24) without problems is a breath of fresh air. Toshiba has struggled like many of us is so good to know that with a housing unit(As of 1400, 94HD and HD1), which can be done without problems 1080p/23.98 EDID. I have not spent much time with this unit, but from what I have, I can say is the best Blu-ray player on the market.
Q The image is very colorful and very strong. It is very impressive the best brands (especially for its price 1400th) Samsung Not much in the way of Q picture but when you add the whole package together, you know why the Pioneer is more. Image settings, menularge remote control (light years ahead of the competition) and of course a great picture with great sound. Speaking of sound with only a few comparisons, but so advanced that it is too easy to select the flux distribution of bits in the menu. No confusion here. They are sending DD or DTS via HDMI or PCM … Your call. So easy. I want to do more, but soon the shipping channel audio to my receiver (Onkyo 905) sounded a lot like I expected. They are also good hearing in the few minutes I had to do 95FDsame. I will say it is better because they do not want to open Pandora's box again. So do not ask here. PM me.
I am with the new Sony VPL-VW60 "Black Pearl" (the photo 3) for all of my relationship so far. It handles like a champ 1080p/23.98. You can also send it to me directly in crystalio II and optimize the image before them in 1080p/23.98 the VW60. The Pioneer 95FD is with all my other components, which do not take this courseDays.
And yes, I am referring to the A35, XA2, and the stubborn when trying to send some of 1080p/24 displays. In a direct comparison with the 95FD 94HD, obviously, a more flexible load times a little faster. The possibility of HBR audio directly to the receiver for decoding pass is a really cool feature. Especially if you buy one of the newer ones, which can decode. The picture Q is very close. I always go back and forth. Go directly to my pj isas the 95FD is only a little sharper, but their bright colors are almost identical. I will say that the Home Media Gallery seems more refined in the 95FD. I never really funny in this role before, but now I can go on what I'm lost!
The bottom line is if you have the 94HD and not worry about the role of audio bitstream then there is absolutely no reason for 95FD for the landfill. However, if you are not interested in the best Blu-rayabout the features and picture / sound Q, then look no further than the 95FD! I like to keep getting new devices from Pioneer, as my Blu-ray device of choice, but honestly, the other companies follow two steps back. The 95FD is the starter in my organization. More to come (SD DVD against A35 and XA2, and even 1400) and some more ideas in audio … By the way, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (BR) is looking and sounding amazing in this team! Pick up a copy!
Well, I'mpleasantly surprised that the 95FD has excellent upscaling. Much better than the 94HD and HD1. Even through the reference of Blu-ray HQV test, and treat them well. Especially my favorite stage torture test! And as tradition recently, my adult videos look great! It is right at eye level with the A35 and XA2. I will work hard and make real side comparisons tomorrow (recorded 1400), but my first impressions are very good firstexcellent … More to come ..
Great report Joe. Thank you. It looks like a winner. I also love the "classic" look and finish "elite" institutions. This is definitely buy the machine when it comes to my Onkyo 885 Pre / Pro
Have you compared a 5.1 PCM track from the PS3 vs 95? I know that there should be no noticeable difference, but if you do not mind this comparison was curious, to know for sure.
No wonder that DTS-MA sounds better than the 95We have a full signal compared to only 1.5 core of the PS3. I can not wait to hear it!
The resolution DTS-HD High is the king of New York DTS HD audio track (I'm reviewing) and DTS-HD Master of the Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer soundtrack to the DTS-HD Master States. ..
As I posted in this thread the 1400 is very close, but the 95FD produces a sharper image. I prefer it even for SD-DVD upscaling. I also prefer the best features of others likeResolution button on the remote control. It's much nicer to be able to resolutions on the fly then hit stop and go to a change in the setup menu. Especially if you try to compare! I spent an upconversion, while in the afternoon on various Blu-ray DVD SD but tomorrow I will do my comparisons of the XA2 for. I predict the 95FD will be on par with the XA2. We have to find out what chip it is far much better than the 94HD andHD1 … More to come tomorrow …
If the game 95, the XA2 on SD scaling This is a big plus. The new DVD XA2 ago are so far almost like HD and the only player to do the same job, very high-end player from Denon is 5 times or more. The Samsung 1200 and the same Reon chip must be large, but not in the new audio features. Depending on your testing of a new owner soon I'll be 95.
I have the BDP-95fd, and PDP-6010fd screen. Very happy with it.firmware support has been excellent. I use a preamp with 2.2 x digital clock, clock digital amplifier Boz, Escalante pinion and a pair of Escalante Subs. My connection is through the coaxial digital output. I updated the signature on my Denon 3930 with the same system has been created and need the sound quality and low blows struck me was that the DBP-95fd In stock form, is the pioneer 95fd bpd an excellent performer, with respect Audio and Video.
Given that my system can only process twoChannel audio through the digital output, I can get two-channel version decodes Dolby Digital Plus?
I have also 95 and a receiver 94, and is quite impressive in the sound department. There is a clear advantage for the title have ma. If you have a good team.
